The history of the group could be traced to the establishment of the Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) in 1993. In 1998, as part of MIGHT, the Strategic Programmes Division, the advisory and consulting arm of MIGHT which focuses on technology and business advisory, multimedia and event management transforms itself into a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIGHT, under the name of Perkhidmatan Rundingan Industri Malaysia Sdn Bhd, The services provided by the company covers:- strategic consulting, IT and Multimedia systems solutions, training and event management. The core business remain in the area of consulting.
The year 2003 has resulted the change of shareholding in PRIMA with MIGHT disposing-off 70% of their interest in PRIMA to PAPC. Beginning 2005, PAPC as the holding company, started to explore business areas, with the ultimate objective to develop a new niche for the Group based on changing political, economic and market forces within the country and the region.
After 20 years in carrying out advisory and consulting activities, PAPC has delivered many projects working with many clients in partnership with Malaysian and International Companies such as Motorola, DELL, Posdata, Zernike Group and many others.
Today, PAPC provides embedded consulting through projects, working in partnership with the clients.
